By accessing or using BrandStage.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Service Description

BrandStage.ai provides AI-generated branded Zoom backgrounds. For a one-time payment of $25, you receive 10 custom backgrounds with your logo, each regenerable up to 2 times (30 versions total).

User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Upload only logos you have the legal right to use
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI generation system

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the logos you upload. By uploading a logo, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for generating your backgrounds.

Generated Backgrounds: Once purchased, you own the generated backgrounds and may use them for any commercial or personal purpose. You receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use the backgrounds.

Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Our pricing is transparent: $25 for 10 backgrounds with 2 regenerations each.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your backgrounds for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

BrandStage.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to third parties. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy. We will comply with all data deletion requests promptly.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
